in our stainless steel linear slides.
Our Polymatrix Nuts offer the following
advantages overtraditional plastic
and ball nuts:

2. Will not imbed, include material
3. Will not absorb liquids
4. Higher Load Capacity
5. No debris or mechanical failure
    mode( lost balls ).
 

As shown, the Polymatrix material is poured into a
stainless steel shell. The shell and screw are fixtured while the material is injected.The Polymatric
material sets-up around the screw threads and cleats to the stainless sleeve. The screw is given a quick turn and breaks free.
