Here we can see a cantilevered
load which is out 16" from the
carriage plate. Although this
violates a 2:1 ration between bearing
spacing ( 4" ) and the length of the moment arm/force ( 16" ), we were
 able to make adjustments which allowed for successful linear motion and desired life. These systems
run 24/7 due to the revolutionary
new technique for processing.

labor intensive and product yield
was minimal.

An international pharmaceutical company has invented a method to strand chemical fibers. This process involves both water and solvent immersion. LM76 was chosen to work with the Automation Engineering Group because of its industry-wide reputation for designing and building all
stainless linear motion systems.

This pilot, proof-of-concept system is working exceedingly
well and we will be taking this program into its next phase.
We will be entering to PHASE 2 of this program and once completed, we expect hundreds of installations worldwide.

Here you can see our linear carriage submersed. We
employ our Polymatrix Nut Design which is not affected
by the solvent/water bath and does not swell.
